Reform Gym is kitted out with everything from weights to Peloton machines, cross-trainers and treadmills. Our gym equipment will stretch every muscle, get your heart pumping with some tough cardio, or build up your biceps with some free weights. Reform Gym is free for all hotel guests.

What’s on offer at Reform Studio?
Our fitness centre, Reform Studio, also includes classes that will test everyone, no matter what your current level of fitness is. Andalus Al Seef Resort & Spa is the place to kick-start that exercise program, especially with our state-of-the-art equipment. Reform Studio is the only studio in Abu Dhabi, and the only other studio in the entire UAE that offers the Lagree Fitness Megaformer classes, which is a high-intensity, low-impact multifaceted method for body conditioning for both men and women. We also offer yoga, sound healing, Thai boxing, and functional classes, as well as kids’ classes. Due to the nature of our unique offerings, you will have to purchase passes to attend our classes.
